En la mañana de ayer el Fiscal General Héctor Vogliolo suspendió por cuarta vez consecutiva la audiencia fijada con la AMB, el Colectivo de Investigación y Acción Jurídica (CIAJ) y la familia de Daniel Migone, asesinado en noviembre de 2005 por personal de la Comisaría 9º de ésta ciudad. A días de cumplirse otro aniversario de su muerte, la justicia volvió- una vez más- a cerrarle las puertas a una familia en busca de la verdad. El próximo lunes 10 del corriente, familiares y amigos de Migone se reunirán a las 19.30 hs en la comisaría 9º, calle 5 y 59, para recordar que allí la policía mató a Daniel hace ya tres años.A fines de septiembre familiares de Daniel Migone realizaron un acto frente a la fiscalía platense acompañados por la Asociación Miguel Bru y otros familiares de víctimas de gatillo fácil y violencia institucional patrocinados por esta entidad y el Colectivo de Investigación y Acción Jurídica (CIAJ). El objetivo era ser recibidos por el Fiscal General Héctor Vogliolo, quien había suspendido una audiencia semanas antes, para dialogar acerca de la elevación a juicio de la causa, cuando restan aun muchas medidas y pruebas pendientes que realizar para develar el entramado de complicidades y encubrimientos que rondan este asesinato. Pero ni siquiera les fue permitido ingresar al hall del edificio de tribunales. Los policías de guardia del lugar trabaron la puerta por dentro e impidieron el ingreso afirmando que habían recibido esta orden de la fiscalía de turno a cargo del Dr. Martini, quien casualmente llevaba la investigación hasta pedir su elevación a juicio. Ese día se fijó audiencia para el martes 23 de septiembre, pero cuando familiares y organizaciones se presentaron en el edificio de 7 y 56, el encuentro fue suspendido. La nueva fecha era para el miércoles 29 de octubre y ese día, por circunstancias que no se explicaron, la reunión volvió a posponerse fijando el 6 de octubre como nueva fecha. El jueves, una hora antes de realizarse el encuentro, el Fiscal contrajo una obligación impostergable por sobre la reunión, y por cuarta vez, la familia de Daniel, a días de cumplirse tres años desde su asesinato en manos de personal policial de la novena, tuvo que volver a su hogar sin ninguna respuesta.
