Un emocionado rosario de palabras, con pausas de angustia y dolor, pronunció Mirna Gómez, esposa de Andrés Nuñez, de espaldas a la entrada de la Brigada de Investigaciones de La Plata donde hace 21 años su pareja fue secuestrado, torturado, asesinado y desaparecido por personal policial.
Acompañada de otros familiares de víctimas de gatillo fácil, representantes de organizaciones de derechos humanos, funcionarios de la municipalidad, descubrió una placa en la entrada de la dependencia policial para que nadie olvide que allí asesinaron a Andrés para luego quemarlo y desaparecerlo en el campo del familiar de uno de los policías en General Belgrano.
Las palabras de su familia
Hoy es un día muy especial para mi hija y para toda la familia. Después de 21 años dimos cristiana sepultura a Andrés. A 21 años del crimen de Andrés Núñez su familia, amigos y la Asociación Miguel Bru (AMB) convocan a la colocación de una placa en su memoria en la sede de la ex Brigada de Investigaciones de La Plata - calle 61 N° 875, entre 12 y 13- el día 28 de septiembre a las 16 hs.
Quiero agradecerle a todos las organizaciones de Derechos Humanos, organizaciones sociales, a los medios de comunicación por habernos acompañado siempre, a mi familia y familiares de víctimas que unidos en la lucha por la justicia fuimos recorriendo este largo camino.
También quiero agradecer especialmente a Eduardo Saponik por el apoyo incondicional. Lo Recuerdo como “Sapo”, así lo llamábamos, me enseñó el camino de la lucha y a no bajar los brazos.
El año pasado, después de 20 años llegamos al juicio donde se condenó al ex sargento Alfredo Gonzáles y el cabo Víctor Dos Santos con prisión perpetua. Pero no están todos, por que esta justicia tan lenta colaboró a que siete de los once imputados fueran prescribiendo de sus responsabilidades. Aún quedan pendientes las capturas de Pablo Gerez ( primo del entonces gobernador Eduardo Duhalde) y el ex comisario Luis Ponce, acusados de las torturas seguidas de muerte y desaparición de Andrés.
También exigimos, la investigación penal al ex juez Amilcar Vara, investigado y destituido en el año 1997 por un jury político. A pesar de que en el juicio por Andrés que se llevó adelante en el 2010 fue acusado nuevamente de haber estado presente en la Brigada de Investigaciones mientras mi pareja era torturado. Sin embargo, hoy, 14 años después esta investigación continúa impune. En 1997, la Dra. Eva María de Masei, se excusa de intervenir por tener amistad con Vara y otros tampoco intervinieron con la misma excusa, ¡pero no es todo señores! , pasaron muchos años, vuelvo a repetir, volvieron a denunciarlo al ex juez vara y volvieron a excusarse los jueces. Nadie quiere investigar a este juez corrupto.
Vara fue acusado en el jury político de encubrimiento en las causas de Andrés, de Miguel Bru, de David Guevara, y Roberto Díaz y 23 causas más.. En este jury quedo demostrada la connivencia entre el ex juez vara y la Policía bonaerense.
Hoy es el cumpleaños del asesino y prófugo Pablo Gerez, ….cuantas cosas me vienen a la memoria. También hoy enterramos a Andrés.
Recuerdo cuando la maldita policía esperaba a Andrés en mi casa, sentía miedo por mi familia, nuestra hijita de apenas un año dormía en su cuna, ellos la destapaban y decían irónicamente ¡qué hermosa nena!
Recuerdo la mamá de Andrés, Isabel Holguín, cuando juntas después que se lo llevaron, y que Andrés no volvía, salimos a buscarlo. Pobre Isabel, ¡no resistió el dolor. A los tres meses falleció, justo el día de mi cumpleaños. ¡qué recuerdos tan tristes!
Pero hoy estamos acá colocando una placa en el lugar donde asesinaron a Andrés para decirles que no vamos a bajar los brazos, no vamos a dejar la lucha, seguiremos exigiendo que confirmen la sentencia de los dos acusados y se detenga a los prófugos para ser condenados y por ultimo, que se investigue y condene al ex juez Amilcar Vara.
También exigimos que este crimen atroz se declare de lesa humanidad. Y una vez más gracias a todos, a todos los que acompañaron durante estos largos 21 años.
